How long does delivery take?

Chairs and small items usually arrive in 3–5 working days. Larger furniture like standing desks and conference tables takes 5–8 working days.

Is delivery really free?

Delivery is free within Rawalpindi & Islamabad on orders over Rs 50,000. Everywhere else — and for smaller orders — the delivery cost depends on the item's size, so we confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. We deliver nationwide.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging for a full refund, with no restocking fee. We arrange the pickup for furniture items.

Do the chairs come assembled?

Most chairs need 10–25 minutes of assembly and ship with the tools and a printed guide. Pedestals and lockers arrive fully assembled.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery or bank transfer. For bank transfer we share an IBAN after you order and dispatch once payment clears.

Do you offer bulk or office pricing?

Yes — for orders of ten seats or more, or full office fit-outs, email us and we'll put together a quote and a delivery schedule.
